Episode 43: Fire Horse Transcript

Welcome back to the Crystal Clarity Podcast, and this is my first episode of 2026. So welcome, welcome back. Yay. We had a little bit of a break and now it's time to rock forward.
And move on and touch into this very important energy of the fire horse and talk all about the fire horse and the crystals related to the fire horse in this episode, and how you can harness this energy, which is profound. And I've been involved in Taoism and Chinese medicine for 20 years, and I have never seen humanity so excited about one of these years on the Chinese Zodiac. I've never seen people talk about it so much. I've never seen so many videos about it. I think there's so much excitement from humanity about this right now. Because we have a connection with it. We know it's not arbitrary in our heart.
We know it's not a coincidence that this year is the fire horse. And in our heart we know that we're ready for a breakthrough. And after the year of the snake and the dragon, we can feel that this is a big jump forward. And I feel like that's just an intuitive understanding that we have. Our heart is connecting to this and saying yes as a people.
As a humanity, we are ready to jump forward and expand. So let's dive in to the year of the fire horse. And I want you to be able to ride this fire horse all the way into the Great Central Sun. And so I'm gonna give you all my tips on how to do that and exactly what this means. Fire horse. It's actually a double fire.
Because this is a fire year and the horse, just in essence by itself, is a fire animal. So we have a fire animal in a fire year, so it's double fire. And in five element phenomenological theory out of ancient Dao China, we relate fire and the heart to the color red, so it's not green like the green chakra.
In this system, it is red because the heart pumps the blood through the body and it is the opposite of winter water, which is like a deep blue, and it is the opposite of that, which is red and the fire and the summer and the expansion of fire. So I'm gonna relate to the color red when we move into these stones, but the most important thing for you to understand this year, and just don't forget it, is this is all about the heart.
This year is all about the heart. This is your chance to live in your heart. This is your chance to move your awareness into your heart and truly live from your heart. This is it. So that's the key word on riding this fire horse into the great Central Sun, is to remember your heart. This is the year that your heart can awaken, and I want to tell you.
The heart is imaginal. Your heart is imaginal. It creates through imagination. It has the same power to create as Gaia Sophia, our mother earth, and these great beings. Humanity has so much potential when we're in our hearts. I just, I'm, and I feel that we're also grasping that. It's like we see alongside this race to transhumanism.
We realized though, that inside we are so, we have so much potential. We are such a gloriously beautiful species. When we live inside of our hearts, the heart is imaginal and it creates. So you're gonna be creating this year from your heart. It imagines, it creates, it sees it, it creates, and it's gonna happen so fast.
Like the moment you imagine it, you're gonna see it appear in your life. The moment you sit down and track what you desire, you're gonna see it appear in your life. Fast. Fast is another word for this year. But a big piece about imaginal and creation is that you have to realize like, what am I creating?
So it does come back to desire and sometimes we say words like setting goals or what is it that we're trying to create, right? That is all couched in this year. The word desire, and guess who has no idea what your desires are? Guess who has no idea what your desires are? Your mind. Your mind has no idea what your desires are.
It's all confused. It's all over the place. It has one goal one day, it's in conflict with another goal. It has another goal another day. It doesn't know what it wants. That's the mind that's running through all of us. Your heart knows. It's true desires. You've gotta be in your heart to feel what are my desires, so that you can feel those and then be imaginal and creative through your heart based in those desires.
This is all heart level. Another huge word for this year is spontaneity. Yes, be spontaneous. I can't tell you, this energy's already here. You know it is. I'm recording this. It's not exactly the date of the year of the fire horse turning on, but this energy's clearly already here and so much in my life.
I have already started to feel these possibilities and opportunities come to me. And they ride up like a fire horse and they sit in front of you. They will sit in front of you for a minute and they will ride off if you don't jump on. And that fire horse is asking for your spontaneity and the spontaneity within you.
That is actually the nature of your heart. It's the nature of your heart to be spontaneous and to not have to think everything through and just feel it and jump, feel it. And when it feels a yes, it will just jump and get on the back of the fire horse. That's so important because these horses of opportunity and possibility that are gonna be riding up to you, are going to be brimming with possibilities this year.
I can't tell you how many possibilities are gonna be in just one horse that rides up to you this year. One possibility, one opportunity. I mean, it's gonna be gushing with possibility, brimming with opportunity for you. These things that feel like just maybe a little door cracking open, it's gonna be full of possibility for you.
Things that can take you into entirely new directions in your life and into, literally into new dimensions in your life. So be spontaneous. Okay. If you feel that yes, become conscious of the mind coming in and saying the fears and the conflict about it. Feel the yes and jump on because I know that these horses of possibility are gonna move very fast.
Horse is the most yang animal of all of these animals in the Chinese astrology. It's the most yang, so it's the most active. It's very fast, it moves very fast, it's quite expansive. So join groups, you know, like apply for things, try things out, walk up to things and be active. If somebody calls you and you're like, maybe we could be friends, call them back.
Take those opportunities. It's good to be, connection is a big piece that will be opening for you and active, like not sitting at your desk watching the world go by, but active, standing up, connecting, moving, expanding in that way. So join groups, apply to things, try things out. Another big key word, this is, you know, so important is that you're gonna have breakthroughs this year. Breakthroughs.
I'm talking about big breakthroughs, like imagine a wall as big as the ice wall in Game of Thrones. I mean a wall, like an insurmountable wall, a cliff in front of you. Imagine that breaking down all around you, and imagine that that wall has been there your whole life.
That your whole life, you've seen that wall. And your whole life, you've had this obstacle or obstruction, or this thing that could not move. Imagine, imaginal. Imagine all of a sudden that wall just breaking down around you and being like, oh my God, I'm breaking through something that I've been waiting for my whole life to break through.
Imagine breaking through this year, and I'm talking about big walls. These are big, big breakthroughs that you have access to this year. And I'm talking about breakthroughs that actually bring you to another dimension. And you're just gonna be in the present moment because you're gonna be in your heart this year.
You're gonna be in the present moment and the wall's just gonna start falling down all around you. And you're gonna be in a new place in your life. And that is not due to your effort. It's not gonna be due because you pushed it through. Certainly not gonna be due because you finally found the solution in your mind.
The one place where solutions do not actually exist. It's gonna be wu wei. Wu wei is doing nothing. It's effortless action. It's just being in the present moment, and then something shifts, something major shifts. So it is truly effortless. Everything about the heart is effortless. Be in your heart. You can have big breakthroughs.
In fact, you know what I think can happen to you this year too. I feel like you can feel the most alive you have ever felt in your life this year. Imagine feeling the most alive you've ever felt in your life this year. And I just feel that. Imagine like there's this smile on your face that you feel, this beautiful energy running through your body that you feel joy about getting up in the morning, that you feel like that you're in a place to give, like that you have so much that's prosperity, that you have so much that you have some to give away, that you're being of service. Like these are things that make us feel alive, and you honestly have the potential this year to feel the most alive you have ever felt in your life.
This is a damn good horse. This is amazing. The possibilities are amazing. I really want you to like imagine that, the most alive you've ever felt in your life. So we've got a double fire because it's a fire animal in a fire year, and this horse is the most yang of all of the animals in the Chinese Zodiac, so yang of all of them.
So it's moving out, it's active, it's expansive, it's doing things, it's running around, it's playing hard, it's staying out late at night. And so we have double fire and extreme yang. So what that is is heart yang. We call it heart yang, and it's really just the active aspect of your heart. It's the part of your heart that can imagine and create and expand and love and be in relationship.
It's a very active aspect of your heart. It's the part of your heart that pumps the blood through your whole body and makes sure your head and feet and toes are warm because it's like actively moving energy through your body. Heart's a miraculous organ physically, but that active aspect of the heart that's gonna tie into the stones that are gonna keep you alive and awake and riding this fire horse this year.
Okay, so we're gonna get there. The first thing I wanna say about these stones is, you know, in the Daoist ancient Chinese traditions, the stones that are related to the horse are a series of stones that exist in a spectrum, and they range from the agates to the jaspers, to the chalcedony, to the jades.
So there's a lot of stones in that spectrum. Agates, jaspers, chalcedony, and jades. And the agate is like the beginning one. It's like the baby, it's the beginning of the spiritual path. And then you move deeper, you're into the jaspers and you begin to further awaken, you're into the chalcedony, and you begin to kind of like fully awaken into the heart.
You're in the jades. So the jades are the most fully awakened, and all of these stones relate to the horse. In fact, they're correlated to the horse. They're correlated to the essence of the horse, like not just a part of the horse or the nature, like a nature of the horse or quality of the horse. They're connected to the actual essence of the horse and the essence of the horse to the ancient ones of the far east, not just the Chinese.
Mongolians, Tibetans, it's the horse. When they got the horse, they were able to suddenly travel miles and miles and miles and expand outside of the villages that they were in and go on these far journeys and traverse the globe and find all of these different spices, foods and cultures and customs, and it awakened them.
It was such a profound expansion to move and to see other cultures and other lands that it wasn't just an expansion of knowledge, it was a pop of consciousness. They're very explicit about that, that the horse gave them not just knowledge, but it awakened their consciousness. So it shifted something.
It's like, it's like a rocket taking off into space and going so far that you actually have a shift in consciousness because you see so much. So the essence of the horse relates to an expansion of consciousness.
Imagine all the times that your consciousness has been expanded profoundly in this lifetime, whether it was with a guru or religion, or a spiritual path, or a meditation, or master plants or ceremonies and beyond, healing ceremonies, healing sessions, interventions, experiences with the ancestors and beyond, the times where your consciousness has expanded, that is the essence of the horse.
And the brain of the horse. We actually talked about this in episode one. The brain of the horse was said to when it passed away, it would seep into the earth. And I'm gonna say something you probably have never heard before right now about this, but when the essence of the brain of the horse would seep into the earth, it would share information with the earth and give codes to the earth.
And one of the things that it would talk to the earth about is how humanity was doing, and if it was spiritually cultivating. And if it was waking up, because horses have this really close relationship with humanity, you know, there's many big animals that we could ride and have relationships with that we do not. We have very close relationship with horses. So horses have volunteered to help us out and, which is a beautiful thing. They're just, they're devoted to humanity in a really unique and special way.
When the brain of the horse seeps into the earth, it actually gives the earth codes about how humanity is doing and the earth then responds to those messages and it says, okay, well I'm gonna evolve this way based on that, or I might evolve that way based on that.
And also the stones in the earth get the messages and can decide how they're going to evolve based on that information coming from the brain of a horse. So agates, jaspers, chalcedony, and jades all represent those codes of awakening and consciousness expanding in the spiritual path of humanity. So in a nutshell.
Red, pink agates because red is our color correlation. Pink can be too. You wanna talk about red jaspers, red tiger iron. Things like this are gonna help you jump on this horse and ride it into the Grand Central Sun. You want to think about red chalcedony, like a carnelian. A real carnelian is like a red chalcedony.
And then you wanna think about moving up into jade and think about lavender jade. Lavender jade is a magical stone. It's like the stone of the year for me. It is, it's like, I call it the doctor Strange of stones because it just has so much incredible mysticism and magic inside of it. Alchemy, internal and external alchemy.
So lavender jade catches the essence of this year very well. And it's something that if you hold it and work with it, you can ride this fire horse. Everything that I talked about, imagination, desire, breakthroughs, possibilities, expansion. Did I say spontaneity? Did I say feeling the most alive that you've ever felt in your life as a possibility?
Okay. So beyond all of this, anything that you can feel in agate, jasper, chalcedony, or jade that feels red or pink or alive for you. Oranges can be very stimulating for the heart as well. Those are great stones for you to carry or wear or drink the elixir of to stay in this heart energy. And another bunch of stones that I wanna mention because they're so correlated to this heart yang, this active beautiful moving aspect of the heart is meteorites.
Meteorites, iron meteorites really activate your heart yang and keep you alive and awake and heart yang. Also moldavite. It's a great year to get back out your moldavite and let that help you. What is moldavite, right? It's like this consciousness pop for the heart.
That's how a lot of people experience it. You can also look at stones like Libyan desert glass, and fulgurite, really things that are formed in a very active yang way, like a lightning strike. Those are gonna carry this energy. So all of those stones are great for you guys to make your stone of the year to stay in your heart and ride this fire horse into the Grand Central Sun.
And the Grand Central Sun is this place of presence that is eternal inside of our heart. It's this place of where we remember that love is eternal, and remember that life is eternal and that we remember that we can imagine our lives into being and exist in a place of great possibility and great joy and great gratitude.
So all you have to remember from this episode is like this is the year for you to live in your heart and be in your heart, and all these stones can back you up to do that.
